Scheduling Appointments
All appointments can be conveniently scheduled online via our booking platform. You have the option to select your preferred team member, or you can allow the system to assign you to an available professional at your desired date and time.
Please note that we Do Not accept appointment bookings via text or phone.

Scheduling for Ombre Brows
We kindly request that you schedule a consultation with us prior to booking your Ombre Brow Appointment. This will allow us to address any questions may have and provide you with a clear understanding of what to expect for your brows. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rescheduling & Cancelations
Clients have the option to reschedule their appointments either before leaving our studio or online.
You may reschedule or cancel your appointments through the confirmation email, up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Please follow the instructions provided in the email when making changes online.
Kindly note that failure to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

Booking Fee
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. The booking fee goes toward the total cost of your appointment.
The booking fee will be retained in the event you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or if you No Show.
If you canceled an appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, but don’t reach out to us to reschedule within 48 hours, your booking fee may be retained.
