Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and goes toward the total cost.

Fees are retained if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or No Show.

Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and reschedule within 48 hours to avoid losing your fee.

Courtesy Appointment Reminders
You’ll receive reminders via text/email:

Cancellations or reschedules after the 24-hour reminder result in forfeiting your fee.

No Call/ No Shows

No communication and missing your appointment will forfeit your fee and cancel future bookings.

Two No Shows result in permanent removal as a client.

Same Day Reschedule or Cancellation
Changes within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your fee.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals after 10 minutes will be marked as canceled, and your fee will be retained.

Courtesy calls/texts do not exempt you from late fees or cancellation policies.

Refund

Services are non-refundable. Adjustments can be made within 2 days of your appointment at no charge.

Products can be refunded within 3 days if unused, unopened, and with a receipt.

Menstrual Cycle

You can wax on your cycle with a fresh tampon or consider alternative services instead of canceling.

Reschedule and Cancel

Reschedule/cancel via the "Change/Cancel Appointment" link in your confirmation email.

If canceling, reschedule within 48 hours to avoid losing your booking fee.
